SALON POLICY

REFUND POLICY
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
• All services rendered are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refunds for products will only be considered if the items are returned within seven days of purchase, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds will be processed only with a valid receipt.
• Gift voucher orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• No refunds will be provided for gift vouchers.

DEPOSITS
Please note that deposits are required for group bookings, bridal services and all new clients. We hold card details on file through a secure network Phorest Software.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment, or you are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation charge of the full amount.

LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any book if you arrive 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

REDO
As our work involves artistic expertise, we do not provide refunds for services rendered. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will make every effort to address any concerns or issues promptly.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so that we can work together to find a solution.
A redo may be considered in the case of a technical issue with the service provided. However, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Please note that a redo will only be offered after a thorough assessment of your hair or beauty treatment by a salon manager or supervisor.

General Terms & Conditions – Hair Services

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Clients who have never had a colour treatment before or haven't had one within the past six months in our salon must undergo a skin allergy patch test at least 24 hours before any hair colour.
• New clients for beauty services must undergo a skin allergy test for waxing, brow tinting, lamination, and lash lift 24 hours before the tint/wax appointment.
• Additional charges for extra services and extended time may apply. You will be informed of any extra charges before the commencement of the service by the beauty therapist or stylist.
• Bridget Haren Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse services to individuals if it is deemed that our policies are being abused.
• The salon may request upfront payment for the cost of services in advance.
• Admission is subject to management discretion.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed only at Bridget Haren Hair and Beauty for services and products and are not transferable for cash or any other form of payment.
• Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Please treat them like cash.
• Gift vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for products or services available at Bridget Haren Hair and Beauty. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by an alternative payment method.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
• Any unused portion of the gift voucher will remain a credit on the recipient's account and can be used towards future purchases until the voucher's expiry date.
• Gift vouchers cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase except as required by law.
• Gift vouchers are subject to verification and validation before they can be redeemed.
• You acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions by purchasing or using a gift voucher.
• FREE Vouchers cannot be used towards electrical equipment.
• FREE Vouchers may be used toward wedding day hair for bridal party.
• FREE Vouchers may not be used against bridal trials.
• FREE Vouchers may not be used against travel to and from a wedding.
• FREE Vouchers may not be used with any other offer.
• FREE Vouchers are numbered, dated, and gift written so they can be accounted for.
All our advertising and promotions are subject to change as Bridget Haren Hair and Beauty sees fit. Offers are available throughout the year; offers may run multiple times and can change.
